You can’t celebrate America’s independence without a grand celebration. And for a celebration to be grand, you need fireworks! Check out the many ways you can watch the sky light up in red, white and blue on 4th of July throughout the Spokane and North Idaho.

 

Wednesday JULY 3

Spokane Indians Baseball

Talk about patriotic! Enjoy America’s pastime with the Spokane Indians (Gates open at 5:30 pm) 6:30 – 9:30 PM; then watch Avista Field light up with red, white and blue fireworks during the post-game celebration. – 602 N Havana St Spokane Valley, WA

 

Thursday JULY 4

Riverfront Park

Expect live music starting at noon with bands playing up until the fireworks go live, tons of craft and food vendors as well as a beer garden from No-Li Brewhouse, group performances and more that lead up to the big event – the Spokane Tribe of Indians Fireworks Display over the park and the Spokane River gorge! Fireworks begin at 10pm, cost is free. 

City of Liberty Lake

Beginning at noon, Liberty Lake will host a 4th of July parade and after-party at Alpine Shores. Then head to Pavillion Park for a live outdoor concert starting at 6pm followed by fireworks when the sun goes down. Cost is free. 

City of Coeur d’Alene

The 4th of July is an all day affair in beautiful Coeur d’Alene! The day starts with the American Heroes Parade on Sherman Avenue at 10am. After the parade, enjoy live music and great food in Coeur d’Alene City Park before watching North Idaho’s largest fireworks display over Lake Coeur d’Alene starting approximately 9:30pm and lasting about 20 minutes.

City of Sandpoint

The Sandpoint Lions Club, as it has for the last several decades, proudly sponsors the Fourth of July activities in Sandpoint, which include a children’s parade beginning at 9am and the grand parade at 10am through the streets of Downtown Sandpoint. Fabulous fireworks show, which will take place at dusk on the shores of Lake Pend Oreille at City Beach.

Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel

Head to Coeur d’Alene Casino Resort Hotel for live music, food and drink specials and a fireworks display! Show starts at 10 pm. Also fireworks on Friday July 5th at 10 pm.

Northern Quest Resort & Casino

The fun kicks off at 4:30 pm in the Northern Quest outdoor summer concert venue with an emcee, music, activities for the kids, concessions and a beer garden. The largest and longest fireworks display in the region is scheduled to begin at 10 pm.
